Brooding Boscastle
Nestled between the dramatic cliffs of the rugged north coast of Cornwall is Boscastle, a picturesque fishing harbour that is truly dwarfed by the landscape around it.
Climbing the cliffs that flank the harbour offers a truly spectacular view out along the Cornish coast and gives real scale to how tiny the village is and how well the snaking headlands shelters it.
On this evening, the lush green hills were rendered in gold. The casting gorgeous sidelight to the rocks and giving texture to the landscape for a fleeting seconds.
