A fainting couch sits decaying by a window over-looking the crumbling remains of the ghost town of Bodie.
Abandoned by it’s residence at the turn of the century, Bodie is now slowly decaying. For now, the townsfolk’s belongings and furniture lie strewn around their old shacks just as they were when the town’s folk left them for the last time. It’s feels as if time just stopped, the whole town suspended in a translucent amber..
Despite the carpet of dust , lack of upkeep and the long passage of time, the houses in Bodie are rich sources of texture, detail and colour.
